Detailed Description

• Follow up rigless operation under drilling and report to Town on 24 Hrs

• Ensure rigless operation are conducted as per rigless program and according to ADNOC policy

• Ensure following the communication protocol with drilling team, assets and well service team during rigless operation

• Ensure no spills , no well controls and conduct the rigless operations with zero harm

• Ensure to execute only approved rigless program and obtain approved management of change in case of deviation

• Maintain required certifications to commence any rigless operation (IWCF, H2S..etc)

• Share lessons from rigless operation with Town and advise if procedures and processes needed to be updated

• Minimize NPT related to rigless operation

• Check all rigless equipment on the well site and ensure certification and alignment with issues task orders and contracts

• Minimize stand by charges for equipment during rigless operation

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Petroleum or equivalent/relevant discipline).

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

• 8 years of experience in PE including Coiled tubing, Slick-line, Eline, and well Testing Operations.

• Very good knowledge of English

• B.Sc in Petroleum, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline

• Knowledge of wellheads, completions, slickline, electric Wireline, pumping operations, production testing (exploration and high H2S wells), well killing & securing,  coiled tubing and cementing and all types of well intervention techniques.

• Exposure in Planning and good knowledge of budgeting and financial matters

• Knowledge of specific areas of well intervention techniques, Workover, acidizing, stimulation, killing, completion and cementing operations ….., etc.

• Demonstrates ability to clearly assess operational risks. Strongly believe in HSE culture.

• Excellent communication skills,  business focus, Solutions oriented

• An ability to actively liaise with other engineering and subsurface disciplines such as production engineering and reservoir engineering

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

  Competency 1: Coiled tubing,Slick-line, and Eline operations.

  Competency 2: Well Testingoperations

  Competency 3: Well Intervention

  Competency 4: Completion &Workover Operations.

Preference given to Candidates with Offshore work Experience and who can join immediately
