• Knowledge of Stage Gate System.
• Budgeting Cycle for CAPEX.
• Rig selection for type of wells and understanding.
• Familiar with Operations Drilling, rig movement, location preparation, drilling programs.
• Material familiarities.
• Good knowledge of best drilling practices
• Highly committed to HSE in drilling operations
• Practical knowledge of any data base drilling software (DIMS etc.) and drilling engineering packages: Landmark
• Knowledge of Software Programing and data manipulating.
