Responsibilities
Include:
- Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs for corporate client training and more
- Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)
- Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information
- Identify potential training providers such as schools, institutes, universities and other external agencies.
- Evaluate the standard of services provided by external training agencies and submit to the Head of Training a comprehensive report.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Event planning, management and execution of logistics for all training activities in coordination with other related departments; this include the organization of training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
- Manage the delivery of external training courses and workshops to the selected participants to the national, regional and international competitions.
- Set individualized training plans to strengthen the existing skills of Competitors and initiate new ones.
- Support the Head of Training & Development in course monitoring and evaluation processes, by ensuring the collection of reports for completed participants’ courses at the end of each program.
- Set assessment methods and measurements systems.
- Assess relevant training needs for selected participants in consultation with the training providers (Institutes, universities, colleges, special academies and schools) and the technical committees.
- Answering and responding to outside communications, such as phone calls, faxes, emails, and web-based inquiries. This includes on-going communications, communications from training participants, partners and other stakeholder involved.
- Liaise with training providers and educational partners involved in the organization of training programs.
- Contribute to the design, planning and review of technical training courses in cooperation with the partners involved.
- Keep up to date on developments of training methodology and contents.
- Provide feedback to the Line Manager on the outcomes achieved in each training session within agreed formats and timescales.
- Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws.
- Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipments and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training. Monitor and report on training and operational costs in line with the budgetary forecast.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor degree (business, IT, Marketing, engineering, marketing)
Previous experience in coordinating the training
Previous experience in preparing training calendars and work closely with clients in customizing courses
Language: Fluency in written and spoken English.
Spoken and written Arabic is mandatory.
