Sét, organize and liaise all training requirements for the contractor staff as per the contract requirements
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set and plan training programs matrix in relation with HSE, KMS, Work Permit, Fire Fighting, First Aid, Defensive Driving, Inductions, tool box etc. as per contract requirements.
Set training KPls for all contractor individuals.
Assist the operation Manager in setting KPIs for all departments and contractor staff individuals.
Issue monthly report on training programs
Issue monthly KPI report on each Department and contractor staff individuals.
Coordinate with Company Terminal Department for in-house training programs.
Performs other tasks that may be randomly assigned by the Operation Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Training
Related experience for 5 years in a multicultural environment in the container terminals Training.
Excellent skills in both written and oral communication.
Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools
Willing to be relocated in remote site
