· Responsible in strategic planning and of Training Department 
· Responsible in developing, and implementing KPI’s and ensure that it is being achieved 
· Responsible in designing, improving, ensuring that policies and procedures of Training & Development is being implemented 
· Responsible of training and developing UAE National and ensure is up to date with International Standard 
· Handles team under the Training & Development Department

* With Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other related courses 
* With a minimum of 5 years experience
