Key Roles Responsibilities
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Guarantee the achievement of inside sales targets;
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by understanding his/her needs and offering the right solution to reach his/her goals;
- Manage inbound calls whilst creating proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for either direct or indirect sales;
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Guarantee creation of new business opportunities for field sales team through scheduling meetings and ensuring complete Market Coverage;
- Execute outbound call campaigns generated with the marketing team based on new business and meeting generation;
- Manage and maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure correct support for each order whilst keeping the wider business informed;
- Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments;
- Manage and Profile the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date;
- Oversee the process from order to installation and payment to ensure sound execution of the sale.
Jobs Requirements, Technical and Soft skills
- Seniority: 2/3 years in Direct Sales over the Phone;
- Background: B2C / Products or Services;
- Market: Finance, Insurance, Sport, Automotive, Premium Brands and or Services, Fleet Corporate accounts;
- Intermediate - CRM knowledge
- Excellent communication skills;
- Language: English (Mandatory) | Arabic and other languages is a plus.
