Summary:
The Talent
Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing the internal recruitment
activities, taking personal responsibility for hiring across the region, in
line with the established procedures and timelines. This role requires the individual
to develop and maintain strong relationships with the Managers, Directors and
Vice Presidents as well as focus on the sourcing of quality candidates with a
particular focus on direct hiring.
The Talent
Acquisition Specialist will report to the HR Manager – Organizational
Development & Talent Acquisition with a dotted line of reporting to the
Local HR Manager.
*Preference given to Saudi Nationals who is based in Dammam or willing to relocate there.
