Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Manager:
- Manage a small collaborative team
- To effectively recruit high calibre, talented employees into their business to meet the growing needs
- Improve the employer branding through improving the 'candidate experience'
- Improve the hiring Managers experience of using HR as a TA partner
- Design, deliver, implement recruitment/on-boarding/talent management projects
- Provide Generalist HR support including Talent Management, Training & Development initiatives
- Manage the effective implementation of the resourcing/talent acquisition strategy across the business
- Sourcing, attracting and screening candidates using a variety of channels of social media and networking
- Sourcing as many direct candidates as possible so as to contribute to the reduction of the businesses usage of recruitment agencies
- Ensuring all recruitment agencies are signed up to standard terms and conditions of business and are fully compliant with those terms
- Attending pre scoping meetings with hiring managers to fully understand the brief of each role before starting to source candidates
- Ensuring that all resourcing requests are approved by the relevant budget holder in the business
- Supporting the talent team in delivering on recruitment projects
The successful Talent Acquisition Partner will have experience in:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
- Experience designing and implementing Diversity and Inclusion programmes.
- Proven track record of projects and partnering with stakeholders.
- Must come with a good global network of contacts / agencies.
- Have a proven track record of leading a talent acquisition team within a demanding environment
- Passionate about in-house recruitment
- A solid understanding of the recruitment project lifecycle
- The ability to manage a high volume of diverse roles and candidates
- Strong critical thinking skills to analyse processes and methodology and results generated
- Excellent client service and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills
