Principal Accountabilities

·         Undertakes the daties in full compliance with ADMA-OPCO’s HSE Management System, HSE Regulations, Operating and Maintenance Procedure and the PM System. 

·         Plans and executes hardware and software preventive maintenance activities, in the area of A88 System, lNFI-SO DCS, TMR ICS ESD System, F&G System, Boilers BMS, Daniel Meyering. Tanker Benths Cotes systems and all other computer! PLC controlled Systems on Island

·         Analyses and executes breakdown maintenance works on all distributed Control and Process automation facilities, SCADA, ESD and F&G Systems to keep the safe operability of the plants to the maximum.

·         Carries out software modifications on display graphics, control configuration, tag & trend databases, and generate necessary logs on DCS, SCADA, ESD and F&G Systems as per operational requirement. Software housekeeping and backup of all computer based latest application and system software in onboard software library. 

·         Generates Technical Reports, Fault Reports and recommendation of plant modifications of all computerized systems to ensure safe, improved and reliable produption I operation.

·         Plans and executes hardware and software works related to PMRs in adherence to Conmpany safety regulations and HSEMS programme.

·         Analyses and ensures optimal critical onboard spare availability to keep downtime of systems to a minimum and also planning for obsolete items replacement.

·         Maintains software engineering tools, diagnostics and supports computer software / hardware with updated and latest revisions for the systems.

·         Develops and executes minor in house projects complying ADMA safety and work standards, in conjunction with engineering division.

·         Participates in installation, pre-éommissioning, commissioning works and SAT/FAT of new systems and ensure systems are acceptable to ADMA standards.

·         Rises required PMRs. MRS, work requests and updates necessary information in the MAXIMO system.

·         Provides technical support on issues related to Control system as and when required to other personnel like Instrument Supervisors, Snr.Control technician, Fire Gas specialist

·         Manages the on-site implementation of the maintenance services contracts~wlth vendors.

·         Supervises the F&G team within Das maintenance team to ensure compliance with ADMA standards and KPls.

·         Liaises with engineering Division in reviewing / commenting on new project ffinctional design specifications, engineering drawings, functional schematics, cause and effects, acceptance test procedures, and handover.

·         Suggests software and / or hardware modifications I upgradation to improve the operations and in compliance with ADMA HSE regulations. 

·         Studies, analyses and resolves outstanding problems in existing/new systems with maintenance division, engineering section and vendors.

·         Identifies training needs for UAE national / Junior employees and carries out competency Assessments

Minimum Reguirements [Knowledge Skills & Exgerience]:

·         Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering hardware and software.

·         computer software business packages.

·         Very good command of written and spoken English.

·         4-5 years experience in fault diagnoses, trouble shooting & maintenance of computer;

·         Good Knowledge about operating systems communication protocols & fault diagnosis, and computer software business packages

·         Very good command of written and spoken English
