Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the assessment and analysis of the performance of  EPM framework (efficiency and effectiveness of the framework) and develop recommendations/proposals for the improvement     of  EPM framework 
• Collaborate with Heads of Strategy and Performance Management and the CDV manager for the development and implementation of the Short, Medium and Long term EPM framework improvement priorities   and plans to support  vision of being a top performing nuclear company. 
• Manage and execute initiatives to improve  EPM framework

• Lead formal periodic reviews of business performance and lead or track (as appropriate) implementation of indicated actions arising therefrom 
• Lead initiatives to streamline, facilitate, and/or automate management and reporting of business performance data, including business intelligence solutions 
• Partner with Project Management Office, ICT and vendors (as required) to support business needs
