Job Purpose:
To support the offshore and onshore Operations and Maintenance Teams for all Static Equipment issues.
To achieve a high machinery reliability through the execution of safe and efficient maintenance practices and procedures.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Management of all types of Static Equipment compressors, turbines, pumps and motors, including strong knowledge of mechanical seals and seal systems.
- Be part of a multi-disciplined maintenance support team, reviewing existing maintenance procedures and determining I putting in place future recommendations.
- Provide day to day static equipment support and advice to the maintenance teams.
- Plan preventative maintenance work and feed into the 5 yearly integrated planning system.
- Provide specialist support with regards to inspection, fault analysis and improved maintenance strategies for static equipment.
- Take the lead in condition monitoring report analysis to identify potential equipment failure and improvement opportunities.
- Optimise the delivery of rotating equipment outages and work packs for the Asset.
- Review I recommend and implement health care packages for static equipment and implement where applicable.
- Provide discipline input for any proposed engineering modifications.
- Training and development of Nationals, Emiratisation Plan which involves shadowing or on the job training for certain designated positions.
- Supervisor with experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Leads participation in Vendor Pre-Qualification, FAT I SAT etc.
- Analyse static equipment history data in terms of failure analysis and spare parts consumption and inject the experience to selection of equipment's during project execution.
- Assist in formulating in house Engineering development and training program based on lesson learnt or site installation problems or difficulties.

Minimum Requirements [Knowledge Skills & Ex~erience]:
- Excellent knowledge of HSE policies both onshore and offshore .
- Good understanding of local market knowledge
- Fault finding and trouble shooting skills .
- Knowledge of supply chain processes .
- 8 years' experience in the field of rotating machinery equipment, maintenance engineering and services.
- Knowledge of maintenance strategy and analysis techniques .
- Professional engineer qualified to CEng standard .
