The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for providing therapeutic intervention, education and recommendations to acute care and outpatients. The clinician will organize and implement speech therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or surgery. This position requires proficiency in acute care, video-swallow studies, and outpatient services, to patients with ages ranging from infant to geriatric. Responsibilities also include maintaining standards of professional and ethical practice, while providing the highest quality healthcare that is patient oriented, advanced in technology, cost effective and with care and compassion. The hospital mission and vision will be insured by the integration of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and through the coordination of case management, social work and the ancillary departments in the hospital and community.

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience post qualification in related field in a hospital or clinical settings.
• Experience with pediatric, autistic and developmentally disabled clients
