KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: JobSpecific Accountabilities
The nature of responsibilities requires expertknowledge in completion engineering and completion operations Proven ability to perform critical completion wellanalysis compiling findings and recommendations in professional reports Ensure well completion is objective driven, safe,trouble-free and economical for the whole well life. Lead the development and maintenance of ADCOcompletion policies and procedures. Benchmarks ADCO completion performance versus otherorganizations mainly in GCC countries. Stays appraised of latest completion industrytrends released along with any new technology associated. Exercises autonomy in conducting major andstrategic Completion Studies toward to optimize the field development plan. |

GenericAccountabilities Supervision Plan,supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functionalobjectives. Train anddevelop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to becomeproficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives. Performsany other related duties as and when required at the company’s discretion.
Budgets Provide inputfor preparation of the Section / Department budgets and assist in theimplementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Sectionobjectives. Investigateand highlight any significant variances to support effective performance andcost control Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Implementapproved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, standards andprocedures in order to support execution of the Section’s / Department workprograms in line with Company and International standards. Performance Management Contribute tothe achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section /Department in line with the Company Performance framework. Innovation and Continuous Improvement Design andimplement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency ofoperational processes. Identifyimprovements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greaterefficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutionsfor issues confronting the function . Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability Comply withrelevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation andsustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practicesand ADNOC Code of Practices. Reports Provide inputsto prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management . 5. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKINGRELATIONSHIPS: Internal Daily contactwith TC peers, discipline manager. Frequentcontact with assets’ peers and technical/management teams within otherdivisions in ADCO. Occasionalexchanges with ADCO senior management through committees, presentations, etc. Builds strongrelationships with related divisions up to the level of Vice President on workrelated issues.
External
Occasionalcontact with ADNOC upstream, industry Shareholders and OPCOs to share industrylead practices and information. Occasionalcontact with contractors and service providers to maintain businessrelationships with key external technology providers. Occasionalcontact with ADNOC Technical Institutes/ local Universities for any technicalsupport. |

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:MinimumQualification B.Sc. degree inpetro-technical discipline, advanced degree is preferable.
MinimumExperience & Knowledge & Skills 15 years’proven experience in Drilling and Completion Engineering (design, analysis andoptimization and R&D), along 5 years of completions and workoveroperations, with demonstrated experience in report writing with solid presentationsskills. InternationalExperience is desirable. Track recordin maturing and applying new technologies and participation in R& Dprojects.
