Job purpose
The role of the Web Developer will be to develop and design websites and applications for our company. The candidate must be well experienced in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ecommerce, Web User Interface (UI) and must have solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new software programs.
- Develop E-commerce application to be used on android and iOS.
- Website and software application, designing, building and maintaining.
- Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality.
- Conferring with the team to resolve conflicts and develop content criteria.
- Directing and performing website updates.
- Maintain and understand latest Web applications and programming practices.
- Develop microservices for a more efficient backend.
- Fix bugs and implement new features in backend.
- Create website layouts and user interfaces
- Troubleshooting coding problems efficiently to ensure productivity
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering / related fields.
Experience
6+ years' proven experience as a software developer, software engineer or similar role.
Al least 3 years in dealing in E-commerce platforms.
Experience in developing applications such as Zomato, UberEats, Jeebly, Carriage or similar.
Have excellent knowledge of all programming language including: .Net / Php
