Focus on performance in terms of standards of cleaning
Liaise regularly with the Facilities Manager on site
Manage and direct Supervisors on a daily basis
Regular review work schedules and monitor cleaning activities
Providing advice on the management of projects
Organizing the various people working on a project
Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
Making sure the quality standards are met
Accountable for excellent service delivery within the soft services team activities and operational objectives.
With more than 10 years’ experience
Well presentable and strong personality
Experience in managing a team in a similar working environment
Good communication and customer care skills
Computer literate
Ability to develop increasing individual effectiveness through leadership, motivation, communication, coaching and training
