Brief Posting Description
Coordinate and perform Well activities relatedto well integrity including surface and sub-surface in order to maintain wellassets integrity and sustain well availability. Gather and properly handle thetechnical data inputs related to well integrity of all the wells (oilproducers, water/gas injectors, observers), analyze well problems, recommendinvestigative and/or corrective measures and witness the implementation ofcritical activities in the field. Coordinate with site, technical departmentsand other concerned personnel on day to day basis with respect to wellintegrity related activities and assignments.

• Detailed Description
  Assure that corporateprocess is applied, maintained and adhered via Well Integrity Management System(WIMS) performance, health checks, Quality assurance and fitness for service.
• Provide technical supportrelated to WIMS requirements and communicate operating/critical envelops limitfor operated wells.
• Review/verify QA/QC relevantto WIM and share wells production and operations programs.
• As required, communicate andassure the updated Well Integrity standards and manuals are properly adopted byfield production and operations.
• Review reports of WellIntegrity testing and track remedial actions to ensure all outstanding WellIntegrity issues are captured in well integrity database for mitigatingsolutions in timely manners.
• Communicate the analysis andtrends of integrity threats to field involved parties and management.
• Ensure that verified wellintegrity lessons learned are captured and communicated to production andoperations concerned parties.
• Ensure all Well Integrityworks are managed either riglessly and/or being captured in wells prognosis andwork over programs.
• Ensure onsite technicalassistance to Field Operation & Wireline Operations during criticalrig-less well operations and advise appropriate trouble shooting for theoperational and technical integrity problems.
• Ensure field production andoperations perform work in accordance with the company’s established standards,rules, regulations and approved procedures and intervene to stop unsafe actsand practices.
• Identify integrityopportunities; sustain integrity system improvements by recommending integritybest practices & capturing end user feedback.
• Provide assurance to fieldproduction and operation, by coordinating with WI and with Engineering &Projects to ensure compliance with integrity requirements of the new projects(assistance in the preparation of SOW & interpretation of integrityrequirements & deliverables).
• Conduct the compliance auditof the field operational activities like Wireline Intervention, WellheadTesting, Logging, Communication Investigations, Bleed-off Surveys.
• Identify and Plan preventivemaintenance in coordination with site according to WIMS frequencies.
• Review cement bond andcorrosion logs and evaluate barrier envelop and production casing condition.
• Evaluate the wellconstruction integrity in all new and old wells and risk rank them for furtherremedial actions.

MinimumQualification

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
• Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
• 6 years of experience.
