Job purpose
Handle the entire Sales activities of Business Setup and PRO activities of the company in UAE. Thorough knowledge about various registration process, licensing of the company.- Employment visa process- Liaising with government departments- Representing in various places on behalf of the company. Legal advisor to company stakeholders on concerned areas
Duties and responsibilities
- To handle team of sales executive.
- Assigning targets including individual assigned targets to achieve the desired profits of the company.
- Candidate should have an experience in Sales & UAE PRO Work.
- Must have experience in dealing with the clients.
- Should have his own connections & links to develop further business for the company.
- Must have a customer-oriented attitude.
- Must have experience in Marketing, cold calling in sales.
- Should have ability to bring in the new clients and give the services of PRO.
- If Known with PRO work. You should be well versed about the New/Renewal of Trade Licenses, VISA application/Renewal/Work ZONES like: Free Zone Documentation, Main Land Documentation Etc...
- PRO experience with different sales experience can also apply,
- Identify and grow the corporate business across all sectors while seeking out new opportunities for business growth across UAE
- Build a strong relationship with prospective and existing clients to ensure that their needs are recognized and met across all touchpoints and stages of company set up.
- Sales Management — Weekly Sales Forecasting, report, Manage Sales Strategies
- Search for new leads. Build Trust and Communication between existing & new clients
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Increasing client base & Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients'
- Scheduling and attending meetings with potential customers
- Attend networking events to seek new business opportunities
- Draft proposals tailored for each customer's requirements and share it with customer
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Experience
- A minimum of 8+ year's experience in a Sales and PRO
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant
- Proven sales track record role
Skills
- Excellent Leadership and Management Skills.
- Good Interpersonal & Presentation Skills
- Proficiency in English, Arabic will be an add on advantage
- Time management and planning skills
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Required Excellent command on English communication.
- Driving License and car is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates with sponsored visa
