Job Description

Be qualified as a Senior Reactor Operator through completing designated training course and attaining Senior Reactor Operator License/Certification. Key activities specified below should be attained during undergoing training program. They are essentially needed, when Senior Reactor Operator is positioned as a Shift Manager, to direct the activities of all the Main Control Room operators and local operators in the plant and to coordinate activities associated with operation, maintenance, and testing. The actual final position will be determined based on individual performance after all training is completed.

Skills

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science 
6 work experience in a Nuclear Power Plant 
3 years work experience in in a Control room 

Technical Skills 
• Outstanding communication and conflict management skills 
• Ability to conceptualize, plan, develop, and manage assigned programs 
• Leadership skill of demonstrating commitment to high standards of procedural safety and regulatory compliance 
• Capability of leading staff to deliver results on time
