As the Senior Manager of Portfolio Management, the candidate will be responsible for working with all levels of staff and management to provide integrated support for managing the TPX (Technology, Product, Xperience) Product Portfolio specifically the X1 and Digital Home products. This includes interaction with SVP, EVP, and C-suite level executives.

As the Senior Manager of Portfolio Management, the candidate will be responsible for working with all levels of staff and management to provide integrated support for managing the TPX (Technology, Product, Xperience) Product Portfolio specifically the X1 and Digital Home products. This includes interaction with SVP, EVP, and C-suite level executives.

The three main job functions of this role include:


Quarterly Planning Coordinate a quarterly planning process to align multiple cross-functional stakeholders (Product, BU, Syndication, CX, Business Services) and TPX Engineering teams on quarterly priorities to successfully deliver valuable products to customers.
Annual Planning Serve as the point of contact for annual financial planning process across key product stakeholders.

Executive Reporting and Meeting Facilitation Provide cross-functional product support for reporting as related to Quarterly and Annual planning.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of portfolio planning deliverables across Product, Program, and Engineering teams
Maintain and track the intake of requests for new projects and their associated scope and attributes
Facilitate quarterly planning sessions (2 day offsite with "130 attendees) with Product and Engineering teams
Communicate the output of the planning process to key executives, internal and external stakeholders
Lead the consolidation efforts for gathering weekly status updates on the progress of the Quarterly Plan and other executive reporting activities
Drive enhancements to executive reporting processes and templates
Coordinate the annual planning process to identify budgets for Named and Agile initiatives for the upcoming fiscal year
Establish collaborative partnership with key stakeholders to assess and recommend optimal business and technical solutions
Support the triage and resolution of critical project and program issues

Qualifications
Experience working in a centralized portfolio management office or similar function
Experience managing complex projects and programs that involve working across multiple stakeholder groups, including executives
Exceptional problem solving skills that include putting together an actionable solution for how to solve the problem, while reducing risks
Ability to work well within a team and be a team leader
Ability to influence and build relationships quickly to establish rapport
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Strategic mindset, yet detail orientated attitude
Excellent MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
PLUS: Experience with development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Agile, SAFe)
PLUS: Experience with project and change management methodologies (e.g. PMP, ProSci)
PLUS: Experience with development tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)

Minimum Requirment 
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Business and/or Engineering Majors with Charted Financial Analsyt (CFA) Level 1 
Approximately 8 or more years of experience
