Responsibilities:
Develops and implements processes and controls to support the execution of special programs (for example, first sale, special trade programs, free trade agreements) execution
Drives cost savings for various Division
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Ensures business needs are being met
Leads the development and execution of special program (for example, first sale, special trade programs, free trade agreements) strategies
Leads third-party consultant relationships
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Minimum Qualifications
2 years supervisory experience.
Bachelor s degree in Business or related field and 4 years experience in customs, direct imports, or related field OR 8 years experience in customs, direct imports, or related field.
