(Work covers all oil and gas cluster process areas on ZCSC including CSP, Flare system, oil risers and oil collecting platforms Water and Gas, water Injection modules, Power Generation Platform, Fuel Gas Systems, Service and Instrument Air System, Fire Water System, Sprinkler System, Diesel Storage System, HVAC System, Workshop and Storage Facilities, CCR, Slops system, Salt Water, Fresh Water and Hot Water Systems, Sewage Treatment Plant, Emergency Generators, Laboratory Equipments, Gymnasium Equipments, Life Boat Instruments.)
Principal Accountabilities
Receives work assignments from supervisor and works either alone or with the assistance of fitters/helpers as required.
Installs, maintains, and repairs, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical and analytical instruments and control systems on oil and gas cluster process plants. Work may be performed on site or in workshop as assigned by Instrument Supervisor (20).
Coordinates Supervisor on faults, required repair, required spares and general improvements to the system.
Trouble-shoots control related minor problems and repon major problems and emergencies to instrument supervisor.
Maintains tools/test equipment in safe/reliable condition. Maintain good housekeeping.
Performs other duties as assigned such as taking part in training / developing new recruits / UAE National employees / developees.
Participates in Emergency team or Medical Team as assigned. Participate in Group safety meetings.
Ensures compliance with ADMA-OPCO HSE regulations, procedures and standards.
Works in line with HSE policy, and ensure awareness and compliance of HSE rules and regulations by subordinates.
Minimum Requirements [Knowledge Skills & Experience]:
Secondary Education followed by 2 years formal training leading to a diploma in electrical, electronic or instrumentation related to control systems.
5 - 6 years experience in the maintenance and repair of pneumatic and electronic instrumentation.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
