Responsible for managing and implementing Business Excellence Models and executing Company’s Excellence Strategy, Create and maintain a structured approach for managing the ownership, execution and monitoring of EFQM Roadmap. Design approaches to improve services & performance to meet Company’s vision. Play a leading role in the development and management Company’s excellence activities within the framework of the company strategic plan.
1. Develops methodologies, frameworks, strategies, policies, and plans that supports the culture of business excellence and continuous improvements and ensures alignment to service excellence.
2. Supervises business development activities, analyzes progress of excellence teams/initiatives and suggest new initiatives
3. Supervises and conducts self—assessment against the EFQM Excellence Model criteria and identify the Strengths and Areas for Improvement using the RADAR Scoring Matrix.
4. Works on the actions taken based on the conducted review for the reports related to Excellence Awards and other related initiatives/projects.
5. Supervises and conducts local and international benchmarking exercises to identify significant improvement opportunities in line with company goals and identify best practices suitable for implementation within the company.
6. Acts as focal point of contact with different Awards Offices and Excellence Programs facilitate the creation and improvement of processes, and support the overall Excellence Program.
7. Supervises the preparation of the submission documents for different award categories across the company and provides the staff with consulting whenever they prepare their individual submission documents.
8. Organize and supervise the Internal Award and design proper awareness plan.
9. Supervise the design of communications strategy & process, and knowledge management programs with relevant areas.
10. Develop partnership with organizations and businesses community, and promote networking between our company and other companies
