Job purpose

The role will handle the entire Sales related to Business Setup & PRO activities of the company in UAE. To have thorough knowledge about various registration process, licensing of the company. Employment visa process and Liaising with government departments. Representing in various places on behalf of the company. Legal advisor to company stakeholders on concerned areas.

Core Responsibilities
  • Build a strong relationship with prospective and existing clients to ensure that their needs are recognized and met across all touchpoints and stages of company set up.
  • Sales Management – Weekly Sales Forecasting, report, Manage Sales Strategies.
  • Search for new leads. Build Trust and Communication between existing & new clients.
  • Candidate should have an experience in Sales & UAE PRO Work.
  • Focuses on selling its products and services to other businesses instead of consumers.
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Should have a large network of client database.
  • Must have a customer-oriented attitude, meets or exceeds budgeted retention goals for all product lines.
  • Must have experience in Marketing, cold calling in sales.
  • Should have ability to bring in the new clients and give the services of PRO.
  • Should be well versed about the New/Renewal of Trade Licenses, VISA application/Renewal/Work ZONES like: Free Zone Documentation, Main Land Documentation Etc...
  • Identify and grow the corporate business across all sectors while seeking out new opportunities for business growth across UAE.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Schedule sales presentations to demonstrate value of products and approach and attending meetings with potential customers.
  • Attend networking events to seek new business opportunities.
  • Draft proposals tailored for each customer’s requirements and share it with customer.

Job Requirements

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field/Experience.

Experience
  • A minimum of 3 year’s experience in a Sales and PRO (Preferable)
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant.
  • Proven sales track record, B2B Sales (Preferable).
  • Proficiency in English, Arabic will be an add on advantage.

Skills
  • Excellent Leadership and Management Skills.
  • Good Interpersonal & Presentation Skills.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
  • Required Excellent command on English communication.
  • Driving License and car is mandatory.
