Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding our clientele and drive new sales initiatives. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
Duties and responsibilities
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Handle the financial performance of the team through following up on billing and collections process
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Follow up on the application process from start to completion and provide proper guidance to team members
- Manage clients in a mature and professional way
- Collect applications and establish eligibility for entry into and exit out of the country
- Possess knowledge of the latest development for immigration necessities
- Collect basic information for investigation of immigration related offences
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
- Discovers and explores business opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Collaborate with the senior management on business development opportunities
- Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
- Recommends equity investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
- Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Enhances organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Marketing or relater field
Experience
5+ years of total experience in Sales & Business Development across various industries, of which, 3+ years should be within UAE
3+ years of Immigration related industry specific experience in domain(s) of Sales &/or Business Development, of which, 3+ years should be within UAE.
