Principal Accountabilities:
- Management of all types of rotating equipment; compressors, turbines, pumps and motors, including strong knowledge of mechanical seals and seal systems.
- The role involves achieving high machinery reliability through the execution of safe and efficient maintenance practices and procedures.
- Be part of Multi-Disciplined Maintenance support team reviewing existing maintenance procedures, and determining I putting in place future recommendations.
- Provide day to day Onshore mechanical Rotating Equipment support and advice to the offshore teams.
- Plan preventive maintenance work and feed in to the client's 5 yearly integrated planning system.
- Provide specialist support with regards to inspection, fault analysis and improved maintenance strategies for mechanical Rotating Equipment.
- Take the lead in condition monitoring report analysis to identify potential equipment failure and improvement opportunities.
- Optimise the delivery of Rotating Equipment outages and work packs for the asset.
- Review I Recommend and Implement health care packages for mechanical I Rotating equipment and implement where applicable.
- Job Officer for this discipline.
- Frequent offshore visits for surveys and interface with the offshore team shall be deemed an integral part of the role.
- Provide discipline input for any proposed engineering modifications.
- Training & development of Nationals - Emiratisation Plan involves shadowing or on the job training for certain designated positions.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge Skills & Experience):
- + 10 years' experience in the field of rotating equipment maintenance engineering and services.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Strategy & Analysis techniques.
- Preferably RCFA trained.
- Strong rotating equipment trouble shooting diagnostic experience.
- Previous experience in machinery rotor balancing.
- Professional Engineer qualified to CEng standard.
- PC application skills - SAP, Microsoft Excel, Maximo, Project etc.
