Key Responsibilities:
- To plan, coordinate and supervise Company’s allocated rig/rig-less stimulation operations at field sites in accordance with specialized technical standards as well as company procedures and to ensure performance of equipment and personnel remain at appropriate operating levels, and coordinates job requirements & storage for materials / consumable.
- Plans and performs necessary calculations for the job at the well site as needed. Plans and coordinates the activities of service operators during equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job.
- Acting as the Company’s sole service provider at the well site and supervise all works in onshore oilfields installations and land well sites.
- Performs supervisory duties at the level established by management for the position the activities of assigned employees in the Rig-less Package Operations.
- Plans rig-less operations activities to meet service commitments and customer requirements. Ensures field paperwork is correctly completed.
- Supervises the rig-less operation at site and ensure implementation of work program as per plan and work instructions to the quality levels of the Company, as well as the mixing / blending of acid & chemicals, conditions during operation to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Liaises with Well Services Department Manager activities related to the ordering, receipt and utilization of materials for the rig-less Operations includes identifying requirements for acid, chemicals and additives and other supplies according to planned operations.
- Monitors the receipt of acid/chemicals supplies and arranges for testing by Laboratory. Maintains sufficient stock records for acid or chemicals and properly documented and filed delivery receipts, usages and stock records.
- Developing and maintaining Rig-less Equipment operating procedures, ensuring that all stock movements or chemicals/consumables are in accordance with operations requirements.
- Performs pre/post job Coiled Tubing equipment inspections. Responsible for safe crane and rigging operations during the delivery of services in accordance with Customer's design and KPI's.
- Supervise the operation of High Pressure fluid pump and CT support equipment (flow back package). Performs hydrostatic testing on Blow Out Prevention (BOP) and reels during pre/post job procedures including preventative.
- Monitors well control parameters and calculations before and during job applications.
- Prepares pipeline services jobs for mobilization including detailed work procedures, risk assessments, site visits and mobilization lists, operations in a safe and effective manner, in accordance with all the Company’s as well as client’s general and project specific procedures.
- Completes all relevant timesheets and charge item paperwork in accordance with the contractual agreement and ensure client signature and acceptance for invoicing purposes.
- Ensure daily equipment maintenance checks on all of the Company’s stimulation equipment on-site are performed.
- Assist with internal training of the Company’s field personnel, both offshore and on working site.
- Arranges tool box planning meeting, covered by procedure, adequately risk assessed and understood by all crew members involved in the task.

- Develop and oversee the implementation of department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of the Well Services department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
Continuous Improvement
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the department's systems, processes and practices taking into account 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Ensure best industry practices are adopted and practiced at all times for the WSD activities.
Statement and Reports
- Prepare reports in order to meet COMPANY and department requirements, policies and standards.
- Maintains proper records of operational activities.
- Prepares necessary reports for the monthly rig-less activities and ensuring the availability for appropriate stock level of materials and chemicals for field operations.
Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls across the section to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Ensure that safety rules and regulations are fully explained to field employees.
- Conduct HSE regular meetings and field visits to ensure commitment and compliance to company HSSEQ standards.
Qualification Required:
- B.Sc.in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
Or
- High School Diploma with 5 years Well site experience.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within Coiled Tubing (CT) Services which includes specific experience in CT tools and on job applications is required.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Must possess excellent skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Mechanical and maintenance experience in fault finding and repair of equipment.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others are necessary.
- Computer awareness in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel programme.
SKILLS
- Proven competency unit completed for Contribute to Health and Safety of the working environment.
- Given the nature of oil field service work, must possess good interpersonal and communicatinos skills.
- Computer awareness in Microsof Office, Word and Excel Programes.

AED110.10/- per day paid for the days of operations and not payable for overstay time.

AED146.80/- per day paid during employee duty period (35 days).

Flight Ticket
|

|
To be provided by Company to nearest employee's point origin. Company shall provide economic class air ticket for mobilization, demobilization and approved vacation travel to nearest airport in home country once every 35 days of service.

Rotation Schedule
|
35 days on / 35 days off.
