The Recruitment Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team in regards to administration duties, including database management, reporting and organizing interviews, and other admin tasks

The Person: You will have experience within a professional services environment and a strong background in administration. Other requirements include in-depth knowledge of Excel, with the purpose of administering reports and staff plans and experience of managing internal databases. This is an international role requiring communication with client offices in America, Europe, Asia and fellow GCC countries.



Duties and Responsibilities: 

Responsible for administrative details relating to full cycle recruitment. 

Enter and maintain requisition data on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 

Coordinate and prepare documents for staffing and recruiting processes 

Develop job advertisements (coordinate with Strategic Communication to ensure “brand messaging” is consistent) 

Coordination with recruiting mediums. 

Interview scheduling (including travel arrangements) 

Conduct pre-employment verifications (references, backgrounds, etc.) 

Composing correspondence and documents (application/interview package, offer/welcome letters) 

Update metric reports

Frequent use of Applicant Tracking System is necessary 

Expected to utilize knowledge of policies, procedures, and organization to solve routine and non-routine problems or questions 

Other special projects or assignments may be assigned 

Minimum Qualifications

The Requirements:
Degree educated (2 year min) 
Experience of working within the Middle East 
Advanced English 
Database administration 
Ideally experience of recruitment databases 
Ideally an interest within HR 
Excellent customer service and professionalism required 
Familiar with any recruitment tool/system is a plus
