Requirements:
- **3 to 4 years of UAE experience** in building construction, palace, luxury hotels & villas.
- Any nationality accepted.
- Must have experience specifically in the mentioned sectors; road construction experience is not applicable.
- Experience in contracting/construction companies is required; not from contractors/sub-contractors or consultancy firms.
- All candidates must possess certificates with UAE attestation.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and cost control for construction projects.
- Preparing bills of quantities, tender documents, and procurement activities.
- Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier packages.
- Monitoring project progress to ensure compliance with budget and schedule.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Salary Range:
- Monthly salary: **AED 8,000/- to AED 10,000/-**
