Job Details
Plan, develop and implement a
program to monitor and evaluate the quality aspects involved operations of Company.
Recommend procedures to improve
function of the facility. Maintain key role for attainment and maintenance of
procedures associated with ISO 9001 and other important certifications.
Motivate professional, administrative,
and technical staff to improve quality of products and services within the
organization. Manage quality aspects of Company.
Plan and develop a program to
monitor and evaluate Company policies and procedures for purposes of quality
assurance/improvement, risk management, and utilization management.
Develop and implement methodologies
to collect, analyze, and report information measuring quality and compliance
with established guidelines.
Provide consultation and technical
assistance to facility staff and other agencies.
Create and maintain a high-performance
environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation.
Develop, implement, maintain and
document Company QMS as per the Company’s requirement of ISO standards.
Monitor and advice on how the QMS is
performing and publish data and reports regarding company performance against
set indicators.
Prepare, review all project specific
PQP, Method statement, Inspector and Test Plan as required.
Liaise with managers and staff
throughout the organization to ensure that the QMS is functioning properly.
Where appropriate, advice on changes and their implementation and provide
training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.
Report on the performance of the
quality system to the Management for review as a basis for improvement of the
quality system.
Organize Management Review meetings.
Establish the internal quality audit
plan and co-ordinate with auditors.
Initiate follow-up audit activities
in order to verify audits, and records the implementation and effectiveness of
corrective and preventive action taken.
Report the results of internal
audits, corrective and preventive actions and the overall effectiveness of the
quality system to the Management.
Ensure that products produced are in
accordance with the customer requirements.
Establish training needs of the
staff related to quality assurance and quality control.
Establish department budget.
Manage day to day operations of the
Quality Department.
Organize sampling and testing of the
products of the company.
Conduct inspection of the project in
view of Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
Prepare method statements for the
specific activated during production and installation of products.
Conduct pre-qualification inspection
and approval of suppliers and sub-contractors.
Perform any other related duties as
required and assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering/ Mechanical
Engineering/ Civil Engineering or any other related science.
Certification in Quality Assurance or have worked as Quality
Auditor.
Minimum 10 yrs. of experience in Facade & Curtain Wall
Industry is a must.
Excellent Organizational, Interpersonal and Communication
skills.
Good Critical thinking, Analytical and Problem Solving
skills.
