Job Details

• Provide leadership and guidance on Quality Management System (QMS) requirements during the establishment and implementation of QMS for Offshore Assets Operations and Drilling Operations.
• Develop, establish, standardize and maintain Company QMS documentation for Assets Operations and Drilling Operations in compliance with Company requirements and relevant International Standards.
• Establish appropriate Quality Assurance Requirements for Offshore Assets Operations and Drilling Operations that relate to the Quality, Safety and Integrity of Company operation facilities and Wells during their entire lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and partner with relevant teams to drive continual improvement of Assets Operations and Drilling Operations business processes through effective planning, controlled execution, continual monitoring, evaluation and corrective actions.
• Support Assets Operations and Drilling Operations in identifying Quality risks and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are established and implemented.
• Establish Company annual Quality Management System Internal Verification program to assess the extent of compliance of Assets Operations and Drilling Operations current practices with the established requirements.
• Follow up the QMS Internal Verification findings to ensure timely and effective close out including the validation of the actions taken.
• Monitor the effectiveness and compliance of Company annual Quality Management System Internal Verification program; identify areas of improvement and corrective actions.
• Ensure implementation of quality lessons learned across Assets Operations and Drilling Operation and ensure improvements are captured in appropriate quality procedures.
• When and as required, support Assets Operations and Drilling Operation Quality Control Team in review / approving the competence of contractors’ QA organization.
• Conduct Pre-Qualification and Performance Evaluation of Vendors / suppliers including Desk Top Review and facility audits.
• Conduct Quality Awareness sessions for different teams

Minimum Requirements [Knowledge Skills & Experience]:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent with thorough knowledge and experience in implementing QA/QC requirement for Assets Operations and Drilling Operations.
• 15+ years’ experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Assets Operations and Drilling Operations with strong expertise in quality management, auditing Quality Assurance activities.
• Lead QMS Auditor: certified to ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (IRCA Registered).
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices relevant to Offshore Oil & Gas Offshore Assets Operations and Drilling Operation; API, ASME, ASTM, etc.
• Practical industrial knowledge, skills and experience in the following areas:
  • Drilling, completion, wells intervention processes, equipment, Rig Movement, Well Integrity, Well Stimulation etc. 
  • Assets Management, Operation, Maintenance and Integrity Assurance.
  • Quality Management System Standards; ISO 9001, ISO 10005, BS EN ISO 19011, API Q1 & Q2.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Very good knowledge of English, good communication skills, presentation skills & excellent behavioral skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Appropriate professional membership preferred e.g. ASQ, etc.
