Summary
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the performances of IMS for Integrated Management System & Quality Control activities and ensures that company's policies are effectively implemented in the organization. The role also includes managing of Quality personnel and interlacing with other departments on issues of product Quality, document control, and Quality systems. The QHSE Manager will act as the facilities management representative for all Quality and HSE matters.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Ensuring HSE Policies are well communicated, displayed, understood and implemented throughout operation.
- Ensuring that Integrated Management System Rental Services is well communicated, understood
And implemented throughout operation and continuously monitoring its effectiveness. - Establish HSE goals, objectives in line with global corporate KPls I objectives and set priorities.
- Conduct management review meeting annually as per IMS GMP 04 with country management.
- Develop and conduct local HSE training on regular basis, and track training progress as per requirements.
- Ensure documents and records are controlled, available at point of use, can be easily retrieved
and stored as per IMS requirements - Represent management system during external audits, including client and certification bodies
- Ensure legal regulations and compliance are identified and communicated as well as monitored in regular basis.
- Manager all HSE Incident reporting and investigation.
- Maintain HSE international certification such as 18001 and 14001
- Oversee the work of the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, ensuring that they have adequate resources and appropriate systems in place to ensure compliance with all accreditations such as API 01 and API 02 latest edition requirements, thread licenses and appropriate international and industry standards.

Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve systems to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. And to ensure compliance government and international regulations applicable to our products - Ensure quality objectives are established at all functional levels across
- Ensure quality Policies are documented, approved, implemented and maintained
- Ensure that IMS is established implemented and maintained
- Ensure that documents and records are recorded, verified, approved and filed
- To coordinate QA/QC Inspectors to ensure all products is inspected to the highest of standards.
- Evaluating new vendors/subcontractors and periodic review of approved vendors/subcontractors and recommending to global Manager for approval
- Ensuring proper calibration of monitoring and measuring devices used in the job inspections
- monitor customer feedback and taking necessary corrective & preventive actions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Raising and recommending disposition action to General Manager for approval of action for non-conforming products/services attributable to errant vendors as well as those detected during work in progress Final delivery and after field use.
- Administering the staff training activities including post-training evaluation activities after training provided
- Ensure that products are developed, manufactured, tested and delivered according to established procedures, and that they meet all quality requirements
- Conduct management meetings with all function heads to establish, delineate, and review program organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between departments, and establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives
- Review technical problems and procedures of departments and recommend solutions to problems or changes in procedures
- Ensures raw materials, in process and finished products meet company standards.
- Prepare necessary report and minutes of Monthly Quality I HSE Meetings
- Compile data analysis, scorecards for monthly, quarterly reports.
- Administer regular calibration of measuring equipment.
- Monitor and ensure effectiveness of the Quality/HSE Systems through internal auditing.
- Handling of customer complaints, ensure they are resolved satisfactorily with necessary counter measures taken to prevent recurrence.
- Monitoring vendor quality performance, verifying corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
- Co-ordinates audits by external bodies, ensuring the company is well prepared for the audits
- Review all Non Conformance Reports, both internal and external to the company to ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are put in place wherever possible to eliminate root causes.
- Review all external Quality Plans and be the primary point of contact for customer nominated
Inspection and/or audits, as well as arrange quality documents and records for tenders and ensure the compliance against each contract. - Ensure product license applications and procedures are in compliance as per the licensors requirements
Provide technical assistance in preparation of tenders, bids or any other project as and when required - Liaise with customers on a regular basis to understand and improve perceived quality I HSE
Performance and ensure contractual requirements are met. - Identify and recommend Quality related training required for all product lines to support continuous improvement.
- Be responsible for budgetary planning control of the Quality I HSE function.
- Develop, revise where required and evaluate procedures and practices
- Ensure the verification of work orders and the Inspection reports and COC to release the product.
- Performing In process and final Inspection as per the drawing, route card, and necessary specification/OMS requirements.
- All the process documents shall be inspected before the material is finally released and delivered.
- Receiving inspection of raw materials, repair goods, outside processed material & bought out material
- Ensuring the Identification and traceability of products remains and shall be maintained at each
Level of operations as well as inspection status of products shall be maintained at all times.
Position Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical aptitude
- Working experience in Q & HSE
- Internal auditor of formal training in ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007
- Knowledge about all related HSE functions and principles
- Excellent exposure to HSE
- Experience of the Inspection, Measuring and Testing equipment and tools (IMTE) oilfield equipment, steel stock, manufacturing and machine shops related jobs.
- Preferably Oil and Gas experience with quality assurance and quality control as per API
Q1/lS09001 and monogram machine shop product QC inspection against of - Technical Skills:
- Product & process knowledge of AP! Q1/Q2 and ISO 9001
- Metrology skills
- Monitoring & Test equipment calibration skills
- Auditing skills Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2008
- API Specification knowledge against API 7-1/5CT/8C/5DP/61 & DS1 inspection, NDT requirements
