* Responsible to come up with unusual and out of the box project/ideas, supervising, implementing initiatives regarding quality programs to UAE Nationals 
* Set program and supervise the execution of Emiratization Programs 
* Responsible in strategic planning and implementing KPI’s and ensure that it is being achieved 
* Responsible in designing, improving, ensuring that policies and procedures is being implemented 
* Ensure that KPIs is being met and it is being achieve

Skills

* Male/Female UAE National ONLY 
* With Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other related courses 
* With a minimum of 5 years experience handling project management
