Job Details
Lead the project team for completion of projects within schedule and in budget
Responsible for Coordinating a project work package within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and functionality to meet Client satisfaction
Provide leadership and direction for the duration of Project cycle
Co-Ordinate work with other team members
Ensure all work package requirements are properly documented according to the relevant parts of the (sub) contract documents
Ensure timely activity, integration and efficient use of resources to meet requirements
Report progress and forecast final targets
Document all obstacles and delays, and recommend corrective measures
Ensure that all areas of the fabrication yard are working to the correct revisions of drawing and specifications
Ensure that company Operating Procedures and Project Specific procedures are understood and adhered to by concerned
Plan the activities of the yard to ensure smooth production flow
Coordination of activities to Project supervisors and monitoring of activity progress
Interpretation of plans to ensure effective coordination between all Project functions
Preparation of daily progress reports highlighting productivity
Liaising with Maintenance, QC, Safety, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure that resources are available when needed
Ensuring that as built information is supplied to Engineering Department in a timely manner Monitor Productivity & Efficiency
Project controls & Reports
Expediting the lagging activities
Project Planning, Invoicing, Cash Flow monitoring
Full accountability of the project results
