Brief Posting Description
Plan, assess,review and ensure the provision of effective, timely and quality technical support deliverables and specialist knowledge sharing to the business units across all Company assets through expert advice, reviews, monitoring, reporting and addressing solutions that are relevant to Company’s Production Allocation and Assurance matters to monitor, evaluate and optimize facilities constraints and identify production / injection enhancement opportunities, specifically in the areas of Hydrocarbon Accounting , Production forecasting and Production Sustainability.

Detailed Description

• Acts as custodian of Company’s Integrated Asset Operation Model (IAOM)
• Develops standards ,guidelines and procedures to build , implement and maintain IAOMs in each Asset
• Reviews and ensures that the Functional Design Specification of each Asset IAOM is in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Developsframework, standards and procedures to assure Company management that productiontargets are met.
• Acts as Custodian of Field Capacity Test Guidelines and procedure
• Develops and ensures the implementation of standards and procedures related to Hydrocarbon allocation
• Assess and improve the accuracy of production allocation from Company level to the well level
• Identify bottlenecks and devise de-bottlenecking strategies to improve Production Availability
• Focuses on business solutions to meet current operational needs as per Company’s vision and objectives
• Ensures the production injection and export system integration with other business application systems and real time systems as per current and future plans with respect to areas covered by the Production Allocation and Production Assurance business scope.
• Ensures that provided tasks and services are effective to the concerned Asset teams
• Understands and promotes the company’s health,safety & environmental policy and objectives; performs work in accordance with the company’s established rules, regulations and approved procedures;
• intervenes to stop unsafe acts and practices; and is accountable for the well being and safety of own self and others, including all contracted labor force –unskilled, semiskilled, and skilled.
• Plans, directs and actively participates in the ongoing training and development of own self and subordinates with special emphasis on UAE Nationals. This includes assessing employees’ training and development needs, directing the preparation of structured development programs, monitoring progress and counseling trainees on alternative career paths and job profiles available in the company.
• Identifies,introduces and evaluates new technologies or solutions that are relevant to improve production efficiencies. Sets priorities to the company initiatives and ensures that new business functions and system features are appropriately managed and focused.
• Directs and conduct reviews and reporting to Assets to ensure maintaining quality allocated data and information for proper reservoir management and surface facilities operations along with sound decision making
• Ensures the provision of first level business support to production management systems users in all Assets.
• Coordinates and participates in the formal training sessions to Company users on production injection and export system business application modules
• Validates daily production allocation results in mass and volume, to optimize the allocation input data in terms of well estimation models, well test results,potentials, shrinkage factors, process input data, process simulation models(Pro II), compositions and metered data

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline (Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical) or equivalent,preferably Master’s degree.
• Minimum 12 years diversified experience in oil/gas production operations /engineering and integrated asset management and modeling systems
