• Implementing the safety/ loss prevention requirements for a project in accordance with client’s and codes requirements and ensuring that it is implemented by providing relevant inputs to key disciplines. Involved in conceptualizing and developing the preliminary / Screening HSE / Safety philosophy.
• Development of safety and equipment specifications.
• Performance of safety studies such as QRA, FRA, HAZOP, HAZID, radiation and dispersion studies etc. as project requirement or to assist management in decision making for safety related issues during project design and execution phase
• Prepare Fire water demand calculation and fire water network analysis by manual and software
• Develop Fire and safety philosophy and Process HSE plan development.
• Preparation and review of Fire protection system.
• Preparation and review of Hazardous area classification schedule and drawing.
• Preparation and review of Fire and gas detection system.
• Preparation and review of Firefighting and safety equipment layout.
• Preparation of project specific fire and safety philosophy and DBM.
• Preparation and review of PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs, Plot plan and Data sheets.
• Preparation of fire and gas cause and effect diagram.
• Preparation of equipment list, line list, equipment layout.
• Preparation of specification for fire and safety equipment.
• Preparation of HAZID TOR and Hazard and effect register.
• Technical bid clarification and technical bid evaluation for vendor packages.
• Preparation of Material take off (BOM).
• Participates and regularly leads a multi-disciplinary team in safety reviews like HAZID, ENVID, HAZOP and SIL study,
• Preparation and review process documents like PFD, P&ID, Data sheets, Line designation table, Operating control and safe guarding philosophy etc.

• Opening with one of the leading Oil & Gas Engineering consultancy company.

• Degree in Engineering discipline, preferably Chemical or Process Engineering with Experience in Oil & Gas Industry Other Requirements : Experience within an engineering consultancy or contractor, operator, or other relevant organization.
• Experience of working in the process industry and energy, oil and gas, refining and petrochemical sectors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and general computing skills
