BASIC FUNCTION

Acts as the main point of interface with Copmpay on all matters concerning the contract responsible for the overall sustainability and execution of the operations.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Ensures the appropriate deployment of manpower and other resources in a timely manner  according to the agreed schedule with Borouge during the mobilization phase of the project.

·         Provide adequate training to all employees prior to actual job assignment.

·         Ensures that pre—operating/ mobilization expenses are within the provisions of the contract.

·         Responsible for the timely submission and presentation of periodic KPI Reports to Company.

·         Conducts joint performance review meetings with the customer and discuss improvement areas.

·         Primarily responsible for the strict implementation of HSE regulations inside the worksite and as well as in the temporary facilities like labour camp, etc.

·         Explores opportunities to save on operating costs and/or create synergies that will help increase operational efficiency and quality of service.

·         Sends monthly operations and financial report to Head Office.

Minimum Qualifications

·         Engineering or Bachelors Degree Holder with remarkable scholastic record.

·         10 years professional experience in the same capacity.

·         Strong financial background.

·         Excellent skill in written and spoken English

·         Extensive network in the petrochemicals industry especially in the polymers sector.

·         Can handle pressure and willing to work long hours

·         Astute business acumen.

·         Has the ability to deal with people from all levels of the organization.
