Job Description

• Ensure that all regulatory requirements, associated with Safety & Security Interface are met. 
• Serve as the liaison between the security department and other plant departments in the evaluation of work and project activities to ensure that all security requirements are considered in conjunction with other site activities to avoid regulatory issues with the potential conflicts that can take place between daily operational/Safety requirements and ongoing security requirements. 


Activity: Safety & Security Liaison 
Responsibility: 
• Provide oversight to the Safety Security Interface Program through management of associated processes & procedures to establish and maintain an effective interface between safety and security 
• Coordinate review planned or emergent activities for potential adverse effects on security. 
• Coordinate the establishment of controls or processes to assess and manage security-related changes to both planned and emergent activities that could impact safe plant operations. 
• Coordinate reviews and audits to confirm that procedures established to control any changes to the plant configuration, including emergencies, comply with the security program. 
Activity: Support security operations activities at BNPP 
Responsibility: 
• Support completion of the safety/security assessment process. 
• Provide technical support to physical security elements to include development of contingency measures. 
• Assist in coordinating security “Change Management” events. 
• Manage condition reports and corrective actions associated with Safety & Security Interface Issues. 
• Attend industry meetings/conferences. 
• Other duties, as assigned by the head of Physical Security Systems Operations.

Activity: Implementation of Security requirements 
Responsibility: 
• Coordinate operation and maintenance of all security systems in conjunction with ongoing plant activities

Skills
