• Review of Three-tiered Prioritization of the recommendations of NRC
• Review of Company specific design and severe accidents
• Review of Relationship between SAM and Post-Fukushima Action Plan
• Review of NPP specific severe accident mitigating equipment
• Review of Equipment Survivability during severe accident
• Review of Characteristics of Emegency Containment Spary Backup System and Containment Filtered Venting System
• Development of prevention and mitigation strategies to enhance the safety of NPP during a prolonged loss of electrical power with Emergency Diesel Generator, Alternate AC, Mobile DG, EDG cross-tine among NPP Units, Class 1 Battery Extension
• Development of prevention and mitigation strategies for Station Blakout: RCP Seal Leakage, and MCR habitability, etc
• Development of prevention and mitigation strategies to enhance the safety of spent fuel pool with a wide range temperature, Passive Autocatalytic Recombiner (PAR), External water source, etc.
• Development of mitigatin strategies against loss of heat sink: RCS water injection and SG water injection
• Development of prevention and mitigation strategies to enhance the safety of NPP against the external events: fire, flooding, seismic, sand storm/sand dust, tornado, tsunami, and etc.
• Development of procedure of mitigation of Fukushima accident and procedure of seismic and flooding walkdown
• Development of mitigation strategies for the multi-Units NPP site against external events
• Support emergency preparedness team and communications by providing staff needs and building good communication
• Support multi-unit dose assessment capability in Company.
