Description

•                    Ensure IT processes are in compliance with Group Standards and Guidelines

•                    Manage local IT infrastructure and applications

•                    Plan and monitor IT budget in close coordination with Controlling Manager and headquarter

•                    Lifecycle management of IT assets (hardware and software)

•                    Quarterly IT project planning with all departments.

•                    Manage IT projects together with all involved internal and external stakeholders during design, implementation and transition phase. Ensuring an operational concept and the compliance of Group standards.

•                    Support / consult external business partners in IT related questions

•                    Manage the external service provider for first level IT support

•                    Application Management of the central platform for the Middle East markets with 2500 users

•                    Overall responsibility of the IT helpdesk

Requirements

•                    IT related degree or comparable area

•                    Strong experience in IT management (minimum 5 years)

•                    Strong experience in professional leadership and controlling of external vendors

•                    Ability to solve advanced technical problems and trouble-shoot complex issues

•                    Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

•                    System and network infrastructure exposure/experience

•                    Project management skills

Extensive application support experience.Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and deployment
