- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and future planning needs of the company’s IT environment.

- Maintains a log book for problems and repairs, ensuring action is taken at the earliest to minimize any operational disruption.

- Assist in administration of networks.
- Respond to user department requests for assistance.
- Collaborates with business clients and stakeholders to document business requirements and create both functional and technical specifications. Provides estimates and task planning as needed to support business cases and portfolio prioritization.
- Applies technical knowledge and experience to recommend software application solutions that achieve business requirements.
- Stays current with software development technology advances to enable production support and incident resolution that meets service level agreements.
- Interfaces with IT disciplines, vendors and professional services providers to ensure service level achievement.

- Actively participate in adherence to and improvement of the Company Management System on Quality and HSE related issues.
- Align with IT Manager / IT Support Coordinator
Qualifications required:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. Level or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or similar field.
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher.
Skills / experience required to do the job:
- Min. 5 years in industry
- English language
- Proven working experience in a similar role or relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability in desktop and systems design
- Proven ability to offer high level desktop support in an enterprise environment
- Deep understanding of networking protocols
- Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
