BASIC FUNCTION

Ensures smooth operation , functions , applications , reports of the TOS and complete accurate entry of all relevant transactional data into TOS and SAP

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Look after the data accuracy from operations and inputs them into TOS.

Ensure TOS functions to issue required reports.

Performs trouble shootings and program repairs on computer hardware and T08 under the guidance of Company TOS Administrator.

Maintains and acts as custodian of relevant TOS applications and files.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma/ Certificate preferably a computer-related course

1 year previous experience preferably in a port services or manufacturing company

Average skill in written and spoken English

Understands port safety regulations and procedures

Must be able to relate with all levels of the organization

Physically fit, with excellent eyesight and able to pass full medical examination
