Job Summary:
The Investment Fund Outreach Associate will be responsible for leading investment attraction efforts, promoting financial products and services to potential investors. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in financial analysis, investment, or related fields and be well-versed in the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) regulations. Candidates with SCA accreditation or experience working in SCA-licensed companies will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment Promotion & Attraction:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote financial products and attract new investors.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and target audiences.
- Represent the company at events, seminars, and conferences to promote investment opportunities.
Client Evaluation & Risk Profiling:
- Assess potential clients’ risk profiles, financial capabilities, and investment tendencies.
- Collect, analyze, and manage data relevant to clients' investment backgrounds.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure that all promotional activities adhere to SCA regulations and company standards.
- Stay updated on SCA regulatory changes and ensure compliance in all investment attraction efforts.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with financial analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to align investment strategies with client needs.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and report on the performance of investment attraction initiatives.
- Regularly provide feedback on promotional effectiveness, suggesting adjustments as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- A university degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial markets, investment, wealth management, or financial planning.
Or
- A diploma or lower-level qualification with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Alternative Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related fields, accompanied by one of the following certifications:
- Accredited Financial Analyst
- Certified Investment Professional
- Certificate in Quantitative Finance
- Chartered Financial Analyst
- Certified International Investment Analyst
- Master Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
- ICA Specialist Certificate in Conduct Risk
Additional Requirement:
- Must be SCA approved or have experience working with SCA-licensed companies.
