Currently looking to recruit an Inventory Manager, based in Abu Dhabi with travel to Dubai when needed

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Deliver the Inventory accuracy level within the warehouse across all the customers over and above the agreed contractual Targets.
Command & control the inventory team and / Or operations team on their productivity, and accuracy to maintain high-level of inventory accuracy.
Regular reporting on inventory activities, KPI’s, deviations, and Root-cause analysis.
Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
Create and maintain tools to monitor inventory performance.
Create and maintain work instructions and inventory control tools, guidelines and training material for staff training in inventory related topics.
Create inventory reports and provide framework for inventory reporting.
Work instruction adherence and support process audits to ensure compliance.
Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
Trend analysis to identify potential continuous improvement initiatives.
Detailed root causing and taking corrective actions for inventory related operational issues, e.g. inventory deviations, aging in transit or inventory in research.
Produce regular reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
Track inventory related operational activities and projects.
Manage daily cycle counts and quarterly stock takes per division.
Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.

Requirements:

Education level equivalent to bachelor's degree.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within the FM Construction or Manufacturing Sector warehouse environment.
Knowledge in SAP, MS office Suite, Inventory Management software such as Acumatica, Syspro etc.
Experience in issue resolution, incl. root causing and corrective actions based on the actual root causes.
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Experience in analyzing data to draw improvement driven conclusions to implement required actions in close relations with the operation.
Communication & listening skills
Experience in operations management & team management.
Excellent leadership abilities.
