• Function as the Operator for the Prime, Powder or Liquid Coating Station
• Perform Prime, Powder or Liquid Coating Application as Per Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure
• Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating
• Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the pipes meet the SOP
• Inform the Coating Plant Foreman or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs
• Records Daily Production Reports , Quality Assurance/Control Reports and all necessary Reports regarding operation
• Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the Plant Manager or his designee
• Two years’ experience in an industrial environment (candidates with previous painting experience are preferred)
• Position open for candidates outside from oil and gas
• Secondary education
• Training certificates are plus
• Capable of communicating in English and reading written instruction
• 5S training is a plus
• Preference given to candidates with 5 years previous industrial blasting and coating experience and have knowledge of painting applications and various coatings on Small and large diameter pipe 
• Must have working knowledge of all equipment and be able to trouble shoot when needed
