Purpose of the Job:
To Represent Company and giving an excellent image and providing excellent quality of work and customer service in line with the Company mission and scope of work by building strong relationships with the teams (Finance, HRM, Recruitment, Admin, Legal etc) and communicating all opportunities, problems, concerns, threats, negative and positive feedback to Company.
The main responsibilities:
- Maintaining a database to store information about the policies and processes, employee records, and other confidential company data
- Performing induction meeting or program with new-comers
- Employee relations: giving guidance, explains policies and procedures, explains labour law if and when necessary, helps solve employee problems; salaries, update information etc. with the purpose of keeping employees happy and retaining them. Seek HR advice from team if and when necessary.
- Coordinating recruitment
- Finding out about vacancies at Client company and communicate to team
Other duties:
- Might be asked to get involved in recruitment; selection and interviewing
- Preparing and posting jobs on the Company website, job portals or send to recruitment team and follow up on filling these vacancies
Work relations:
Works under the supervision of the HR director
Being a coordinator, maintains good relations with Company HR, PR and Finance teams as well as the Client’s different teams.
Informs and discusses opportunities, threats, policies, procedures, problems with Company Management.
Skills
- Above average in MS office and excel
- A good ‘reader’ with basic legal understanding (labour law)
- Knowledge of an HRIS is preferable but not essential
