Practice data-driven human resources through analysis, writing and briefing on human capital data assets and trends.
Maintain human capital data and dashboards using analytic tools.
Develop and conduct employee surveys and organizational assessments to support data-driven management strategies and workforce planning objectives.
Work at the corporate level supporting company-wide HR initiatives or in units providing HR data analysis to offices charged with conducting and supporting Company activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or PhD in one of the following fields:
Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Human Resources
Statistics
Behavioral Science
Mathematics
Economics
Computer Science
Social Science
Physical Science
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience in survey research and design; and modeling
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel
Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet business deadlines
Attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and on teams
Proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications:

Data analysis, research methods and ability to prepare analytic reports

Quantitative and qualitative analysis
Data visualization
