BASIC FUNCTION

Ensures strict compliance of established HSE policies in each plant.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares and compiles Daily Safety Inspection/ Audit Reports and submits them to the HSEQ Engineer.

Reports to local authorities accidents that necessitate hospital visit, loss of life and those resulting to substantial damage to property,

Reports all Lost Time Accidents (LTA) and Restricted Work Cases (RWC) in the Knowledge Management System (KMS) Investigator module and follows up status thereof.

Assists the HSEQ Engineer in preparing the annual budget.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Diploma/ Certificate preferably Industrial Engineer

2. 3 year previous experience preferably in a packaging services company

3. Relevant trainings from accredited safety organizations

4. Excellent skill in written and spoken English

5. Understands packaging safety regulations and procedures

6. Must be able to relate with all levels of the organization

7. Physically fit, no fear of heights and able to pass full medical examination
