Responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring all aspects of running the farm are met
• Contribute to the company’s Strategic Business Plan
• Lead the Production Team on farm in troubleshooting problems as required
• Lead the logistics team to achieve successful deliveries and any conflict resolution needed around the deliveries and customer complaints and related claims
• Lead the Sales and technical service teams in all aspects of customer management, with specific intent of showcasing the technical and quality aspects of the company being on par w
• To be responsible for the setting of individual and department goals
• To perform department heads performance reviews
• KPI’s based on Parent Stock levels, cost of production etc
• Maintaining safe working practices
• Managing and motivating staff/teams
• Ensuring welfare of livestock
• Feed management
• Vaccinations
• Production performance
• Record keeping
• Business Forecasting
• Cost control and management
• Planning for production increase
The successful candidate should have experience in poultry production

SKILLS
• Effective people management skills
• Ability to carry out manual duties
• Proficient computer skills
• At least 15 years’ experience in poultry production or similar would be desirable.
• An in-depth experience and knowledge of the business side of production and management
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Degree in Agriculture, Business or Economics – Essential.
• Practical experience in commercial poultry production- Essential.
• Ability to lead and manage a large team – Essential
• Experience of International business management
• Ability to live and work in an Arabian country – Essential
• Fluent in English and preferably some understanding of Arabic
