JOB PURPOSE
To ensure Admin job pertaining to Facility Management are catered to track the status of maintenance work, to record, manage and communicate day-to-day operations, to support in managing the organization's resources, preparing facilities and to use in evaluating the effectiveness of the current operations and for making organizational and personnel decisions.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create a schedule of regular evaluation of the facilities.
- Ensure that CMMS operations are effective
- Provide admin and clerical support to FM Team
- Monitor and manage the leaves/absences of Technical team
- Handle the document control function.
- Support Facilities Manager in tracking resource allocation, budget allocation etc
- Support Facilities Manager in various report generation from SAP
- Ensure all operational records are properly and accurately maintained in SAP system
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate in any discipline
- IT qualification will be advantage
EXPERIENCE:
4-5 years relevant experience in CMMS, preferably FM industry
KNOWLEDGE:
- IT knowledge a must for technical reports and documentation.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications and should grasp SAP
SKILL:
- Establish and maintain rapport with all Technicians and Cleaners, and provide advisory
- role.
- Should be able to work with a diversity of individuals and/or groups; work with data of
- varied types and/or purposes
- Independent problem solving is required to analyze issues and create action plans.
- Should be Organised and effective in time management.
