Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:
   • Serve as a primary point of contact for HNW Russian clients.
   • Manage correspondence, schedules, and requests with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
2. Schedule & Calendar Management:
   • Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
   • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Communication:
   • Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in Russian and English.
   • Translate documents and communications as needed.
4. Travel & Logistics Coordination:
   • Plan and organize travel arrangements, including visas, flights, and accommodations.
   • Manage travel expense reporting.
5. Administrative Tasks:
   • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation.
   • Take meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
   • Maintain secure and organized file management.
6. Support Executive Team:
   • Assist with special projects and research tasks.
   • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Nationality: Russian or fluent Russian speaker with native-level proficiency.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting HNW clients.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Russian and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
